Disclaimer: What Citiesnorth Remodeling Does and Does Not Do

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before using citiesnorth.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Citiesnorth Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. Citiesnorth Remodeling does no design, demolition, building, installing, plumbing, wiring or repair work. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Citiesnorth Remodeling.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean Citiesnorth Remodeling endorses that provider. Citiesnorth Remodeling does not promise the quality, schedule, cost or results of any provider's work. It also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

General Information

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different, and what suits one project may not suit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, your location, the materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before any work starts, and compare written quotes where you can.

Payment and Financing

Citiesnorth Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans, and it does not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets the payment terms. Read each contract carefully before you sign.

Staying Safe

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint. Some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. Do not cut, sand or remove anything you are unsure about. If you believe someone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How Citiesnorth Remodeling Is Paid

Citiesnorth Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners when it connects them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and current. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
