How Citiesnorth Remodeling Works and How It Is Paid

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Citiesnorth Remodeling works and where its income comes from. This disclosure explains both. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Remodeler

Citiesnorth Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. Citiesnorth Remodeling does no design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or other remodeling work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Payment Works

Citiesnorth Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls, form submissions or other referrals it sends them. The amount can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. Citiesnorth Remodeling may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Citiesnorth Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Citiesnorth Remodeling. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it communicates with you and behaves

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about its work. Because of how payment works, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in the network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider you are connected with. Ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
